2. In the numeric search field over there, enter your 10-digit ‘CUSTOMER ID’ or a 14-digit ‘REFERENCE NUMBER’
3. Choose between the option of type ‘U’ or ‘R’ and select only one of these
4. Click on the ‘SHOW BILL’ button or Tap on it if you are using a smart mobile device to see the amount you need to pay and the due date for depositing your bill.
